A college professor in North Dakota once told me, “Sue, you should go into real estate.  You enjoy listening to people, and families always need Realtors that will take the time to listen regarding selling and purchasing homes.”  That was 29 years ago and I am still enjoying helping clients buy and sell their homes.  It has been the most gratifying career I could have chosen.  In 1998, I was awarded REALTOR of the Year for South Dakota from our State Association of Realtors.  Since moving to Vermillion, SD in 1989 I have become involved with various groups through the University of South Dakota, Chamber of Commerce, and our local Board of Realtors.   When you are ready to make your transition, please know that I will be there full time for you.
